Search MLS anywhere in southern Baja

The idea of a multiple-listing service (MLS) is new to most of Baja California Sur, but it is well developed in Los Cabos, whose association, AMPI Los Cabos, has invited participation by real estate brokers and agents in Loreto and also in La Paz.  Our development’s brokerage is a long-standing member, and most of the other brokerages in both Loreto and La Paz are in the process of joining.   This process, and the loading of all of those brokerages’ inventory into the data base, will probably take until early 2012.   Some are in already, however, and the list grows daily, so feel free to use this tool, via the link set forth here, to search Loreto or La Paz, or comparison shop in the target-rich environment of Los Cabos.   If you would like guidance or help in making those searches, contact john@misionloreto.com, the broker for our exclusive agency.
